Our policies. 

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at the Village Salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.
Salon scheduling

We want your appointment to be relaxing when you come to see us and we never want to rush your treatment. So we encourage you to arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to place your valuables in a personal locker, then relax and enjoy a beverage. We also recommend scheduling your next visit prior to leaving the salon.

  • When booking appointments, please inform us if you have any significant health issues or if you may be pregnant.

  • Remember to request extra time between appointments if desired

  • Please note that all treatment times are approximate.


Payments accepted

We accept cash, checks and All major Credit Cards



Gratuities are not included in prices for any salon or spa services or packages.

Cancellation Policy

“We understand that things can come up. We value your time, and we hope you value ours, too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify us no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify us in time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s).”

Quite often, we have a waiting list of clients hoping to get a last-minute appointment, so we would appreciate 24 hours’ notice of cancellation.

Prices & return policy

All prices subject to change. All sales, including services, are final.

Free parking

The Village Salon offers free parking in its lot behind the building and street parking is free. Be sure to check for one hour parking signs.


Our salon is an adult oriented atmosphere. We love children, however, we do not service children that need to be accompanied by an adult. Conversely, children may not sit with adults who are being serviced. Children under 10 are not permitted without adult supervision. Due to limited space, no strollers are permitted in the back of the salon.

Private parties

For groups of 3-5 people or parties of 6 or more, please speak to one of our party coordinators who will help you plan a special day everyone will appreciate.


  • Please allow 4-6 weeks for all requests

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure reservations for large parties. Balance is due 14 days prior to scheduled appointments.

  • Parties of 6 or more who wish to cancel must do so at least 14 days in advance. Groups of 3-5 must give 72 hours notice of cancellation.

  • A credit card is required to secure all reservations
