We understand that things can come up. We value your time, and we hope you value ours, too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify us no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify us in time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s).
Quite often, we have a waiting list of clients hoping for a last-minute appointment, so we would appreciate more than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation.
