the attitude of an employee was not acceptable
you were not satisfied with the service(s) received
the waiting time prior to or during my service was too long
there is any other issue you feel needs addressing
We would like to know, because:
if we have done well, we would like to continue the same good practice at the salon
if we have been at fault, we would like to know your concern so we can remedy the situation and put policies in place to prevent the matter from happening again
